ITEM CONDITION
Kindly consider that most of Rhodora’s items are pre-owned and often over twenty years old. Everything we sell is in excellent condition. However they may have slight imperfections or signs of wear due to their age. Possible flaws are always described and/or shown in the pictures. To prevent surprises, please make sure to carefully read the descriptions before purchasing an item. Colours may slightly vary in their tones due to differences in screen performance of your device. We are happy to provide any additional information, don’t hesitate to ask us. Rhodora cannot guarantee durability of their items, when purchasing an item the risk is entirely at the buyers responsibility. 

We make sure all of our items are properly washed, disinfected or dry cleaned prior to shipping them.

ITEM AUTHENTICITY
Rhodora only sells items that have been authenticated by our experts. 


SIZING
Besides mentioning the size on the label, Rhodora measures all items individually to help you find the perfect fit. It can be helpful to compare measurements to a similar garment you already have in your closet. To do this, place it on a flat surface and take all measurements from the outside. In case the item is shown on a model we also mention the model's height and their clothing size in order to get a better impression of the item's proportions. If any question arise please don't hesitate to ask us for guidance. 


HOLDS
For most of our merchandise we don’t have more than one in stock. In order to give everyone a fair chance to buy something, Rhodora doesn’t hold items. 


INTERNATIONAL TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIES
For all EU orders our prices include the mandatory 21% VAT. 

When ordering items from outside of the EU, custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. This means that you may be charged duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your order arrives. All countries have their own rules and determinations when it comes to these rates, this means that we aren’t able to provide you with the exact duties you will be required to pay. Please make sure you are aware of any extra costs before ordering an item to avoid any surprises. 

Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. Due to the delicate nature of our pre-owned products we don’t accept returns, refunds or exchanges. We try to show and describe our items as true and detailed as possible, in case any additional questions regarding sizing, materials, or anything else please contact us before your purchase. We will be happy to help. 


DAMAGED ITEMS
In case of unmentioned and unexpected damages, it is the buyers responsibility to notify us within 24 hours. Please make sure to state full details of the issue, and provide images. Only ship the item back to us after we have worked out a solution and once we’ve authorised the return.

All the intellectual property rights of the content on this website remain ours. You are allowed to view, copy and print any content on the website for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes only. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, alter, distribute, publish or use in any manner any content from our website unless we give you written and express consent.
