GENERAL
All orders are shipped within 3 business days from the EU (Latvia). Rhodora is not responsible for delays related to postal service operations. 

Orders are shipped with DHL Express and DPD at a rate that is applied at checkout. Delivery times vary between 1 and 10 business days, depending on the area. Remote continents such as Australia, Africa, South America and Islands take the longest, for the US and Canada 2-5 business days.

Our orders sent via DHL Express can be tracked here. If a delivery attempt happens whilst no one is home, the courier will leave a notice in your letterbox or will try to reach you to reschedule the delivery. We recommend providing an address where you can sign for your order. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a secure place to receive and sign for their parcel. Therefore Rhodora isn’t liable for stolen items after the parcel has been delivered.

If you fail to collect your parcel in time and it is therefore returned, the shipping costs and international taxes and fees associated with the order won’t be refunded, and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

For security reasons, Rhodora does not ship to mailboxes, security boxes or any non-registered addresses.

We don’t ship on Latvian national holidays.


INTERNATIONAL TAXES & FEES
All orders within the European Union include 21% VAT. 

When ordering items from outside of the EU, custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. This means that you may be charged duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your order arrives. All countries have their own rules and determinations when it comes to these rates, this means that we aren’t able to provide you with the exact duties you will be required to pay. Please make sure you are aware of any extra costs before ordering an item to avoid any surprises. 

Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.


CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
After an order has been placed Rhodora is unable to make any changes to shipment information. Please make sure to correctly fill in the forms on our check-out page. Providing wrong information will result in a cancellation of the order. 


DAMAGES IN TRANSIT & DELIVERY ISSUES
In case of unmentioned damages, it is the buyers responsibility to notify us within 24 hours. Please make sure to state full details of the issue, and provide images. Only ship the item back to us after we have worked out a solution and we’ve authorised the return. 

The item must be returned to us as soon as any issue is discovered.
