All orders are shipped from the UK within 1-5 business days from the purchase date. Rhodora is not responsible for delays related to postal service operations.
We offer complimentary shipping with Royal Mail Tracked 24® on all UK orders. Our orders sent via Royal Mail can be tracked here.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a secure place to receive their parcel. Therefore Rhodora isn’t liable for lost, misplaced or stolen items after the parcel has been delivered.
If you fail to collect your parcel in time and it is therefore returned, the shipping costs associated with the order won’t be refunded, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
For security reasons, Rhodora does not ship to mailboxes, security boxes or any non-registered addresses.
We do not ship on bank holidays.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
After an order has been placed Rhodora is unable to make any changes to shipment information. Please make sure to correctly fill in the forms on our check-out page. Providing wrong information will result in a cancellation of the order.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT & DELIVERY ISSUES
In case of unmentioned damages, it is the buyers responsibility to notify us within 24 hours. Please make sure to state full details of the issue, and provide images. Only ship the item back to us after we have worked out a solution and we’ve authorised the return.
